When you begin shifting your mindset, not everyone in your circle will be supportive. Oftentimes, people get comfortable with the old you, (the YOU who once struggled), because your growth forces them to confront their own internal fears and unfulfilled potential. Also, please remember that your ideas need time to grow. Just as physical seeds have a gestation period, your ideas also require patience, time, and protective expectation to take root.
The people who prefer to be around you when you're struggling are often afraid to pursue their own goals. Please, do not allow their discomfort to draf you back into your old habits.
Just as an acorn must take root before it sprouts into an oak tree, your mental images need time to gather the energy that's needed for it to appear in the physical world.
Sacrifice isn't about painful losses, it's about giving up something that's been holding you back (fear, doubt, bad habits) for something of a higher nature such as peace, growth, and prosperity.
